No, our service fees are separate from your HubSpot subscription cost. You will receive invoices directly from HJ Web Solutions for our services, while HubSpot bills you for their platform.

Do I pay HubSpot directly for my subscription?

Yes, all payments for HubSpot subscriptions are made directly to HubSpot. HJ Web Solutions only charges for our implementation, consulting, and support services.

What happens if I cancel my HubSpot subscription?

If you cancel your HubSpot subscription, any services or tools provided by HubSpot will no longer be available. However, our agreement and services with HJ Web Solutions are independent, so please discuss any changes with us directly.

If I stop working with HJ Web Solutions, what happens to my HubSpot account?

Your HubSpot account is independent of our services. If you decide to discontinue working with us, your HubSpot subscription and all associated data will remain intact as per your agreement with HubSpot.
